By accessing and using PulseTech services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

PulseTech provides a learning management system specifically designed for FiveM roleplay communities, including:

  • Discord-integrated authentication and role synchronization
  • Course creation and management tools
  • Automated enrollment based on Discord roles
  • Progress tracking and certification systems
  • Custom theming and branding options

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

Account Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international laws
  • Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Harvest or collect information about other users

5. Discord Integration

Our Discord integration features are subject to additional terms:

  • You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Role synchronization depends on your Discord server permissions
  • We are not responsible for Discord service outages or changes to their API
  • You may disconnect Discord integration at any time through your account settings

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you create and upload
  • You grant us a license to use your content to provide our services
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload
  • You must not upload copyrighted material without permission

Our Content

  • PulseTech platform, software, and related materials are our property
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
  • Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Service continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for:

  • Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
  • Network or internet connectivity issues
  • Third-party service outages (Discord, hosting providers)
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the service "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations

11. Modifications to Terms
